RUSH and SUPER-RUSH service is always available for the majority of our professional appraisals.

Understand that not all properties are eligible for this type of service and our existing commitments may limit our ability to provide the rush service. We make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Disclosure any unusual circumstances when ordering a rush service is paramount so we can deliver the service you require. Any unforeseen issues could delay the report such as damage, different actual living area than public records, updates or views, etc…

Our RUSH service guarantees that your professional appraisal report is electronically delivered to you by email within 24- 48 hours after the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and typically adds a 25% or more upcharge to our normal appraisal fee depending on the scope of work involved.

Our SUPER-RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 24 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and typically adds a 50%  to 60% upcharge to our normal appraisal fee.
